Handmade Ravioli with Crabmeat and Ricotta in Brown Butter Sauce 手工蟹肉意大利雲吞


Steam fresh caught crab for 10 minutes, then hand-shred crabmeat with care. Roll out fresh pasta sheets and cut it into ravioli shape by cookie cutter. Mix the crabmeat with ricotta cheese and lemon zest. Fill in the ravioli with crabmeat mixture and seal it. Put it in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Toss it in browned butter sauce. Garnish with fresh picked herbs!


將新鮮捕獲的蟹蒸10分鐘,然後小心地用手撕開蟹肉。把新鮮的意大利面擀開,用餅乾刀把它切成餛飩形狀。將蟹肉與乳清乾酪和檸檬皮混合。用蟹肉混合物填滿餛飩並密封。將其放入沸水中煮4-5分鐘。把它放在煮至啡黃色的牛油醬裡。最後用新鮮採摘的香草裝飾!
